The center will arrange for you to make exchange visits to the Taipei Medical University and conduct training courses for medical staff according to your requirements.
Feel free to fill out your requirements in the Professional Exchange Appointment Form. The center will arrange a dedicated staff member to confirm your requirements and make subsequent arrangements.

Application Procedure

STEP 1

Application Submission

Plan customized courses based on training requirements and arrange for medical staff and senior executives to undergo training courses such as clinical unit training, clinical medicine simulation, or demonstration ward operation and teaching.

    International exchange visit: Please apply 1 month in advance of your visit.

    Medical Staff Training

    (1) For short-term courses (less than 3 months), please apply 2 months before the course start date.
    (2) For long-term courses (more than 3 months), please apply 4 months before the course start date.

STEP 2

Appointment Confirmation

To ensure that the arrangement meets your requirements, the dedicated staff member will confirm relevant information, including the purpose of the visit, the time of day, the list of visitors, the type of course or subject, etc., as well as other information as necessary.

STEP 3

Itinerary and Quote

After confirmation of relevant details, the dedicated staff member will coordinate with the clinical team to develop a study course and exchange itinerary, together with the relevant quotation. Please make payment for the deposit and administrative fees before proceeding to the next step.

STEP 4

Payment for Deposit and Administration Fees, Exchange and Courses

Upon receipt of your deposit and administrative fees payment, the dedicated staff personnel will assist you with any necessary administrative procedures (such as applying for an entry permit, etc.) and await your arrival for the exchange program.

STEP 5

Other Requirements or Itinerary Changes

Please reach out to your dedicated staff member directly if you have any other requirements so the center can make the necessary arrangements on your behalf.
In the event of cancellation or postponement due to emergencies or special circumstances, at least 7 days' notice must be given before the date of the visit or the course start date, and any changes to the itinerary can only be made once.
